The Kindergarten

Established in 1994 by Felicity Williams, the Mozarts Kindergarten is an early childhood centre offering a unique, sophisticated and dynamic educational program for children aged from two and a half years to five. It is renowned for its high degree of positive teacher/child interaction and a learning program which continues to receive outstanding reports from the Education Review Office.

Our mission statement of 'Education Through Imagination' results in a radically different and dynamic learning environment based on optimum utilisation of the creative faculties.

This is implemented by letting children choose freely from a richly resourced environment, and experiences that are based on the early childhood curriculum, Te Whaariki.
